Step no 1

I used 2 cups of water and add 2 cubes.

Just boil water,add cubes.Let it cook for 1 minute on low flame

Your instant stock is ready. Set aside.

Prepare Manchurian

 

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil.

Add chop ginger and garlic. Satay for few seconds.

Add chili garlic sauce and chicken stock.

Dissolve  2 tablespoons of corn flour in some water to make corn flour slurry.

Pour this mixture while storing continuously.

Prepared Chicken 1 cup Use fried chicken ready for chicken Manchurian.
