Craving for pizza. Here are 2 unique cheeseless pizza recipe ideas.

Cheese-free pizza recipe 


Dough recipe.

All-purpose flour 2 cups.

Instant yeast 1 teaspoon.

Powdered sugar 2 tablespoon

Milk powder 2 tablespoons.

Egg 1

oil or butter 2 tablespoons.

Crushed black pepper 1/4 teaspoon.

Salt 1/2 teaspoon.

Lukewarm water or milk as per need. I used around 1/2 cup.

Chicken marination.

Boneless chicken 1 and 1/2cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon.

Chicken tikka masala 1 tablespoon.

Red chili powder 1 tablespoon.

Chopped green chilies 2

Yogurt 2 tablespoon

Lemon juice 2 tablespoons.

For homemade tahini sauce.

Mayonnaise 1 cup.

Yogurt or Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.

Cream 2 tablespoon

Fresh garlic 2-3 cloves.

Salt 1/4 teaspoon.

Cheese Alternative No. 2

Egg 1

Cream 2 tablespoons.

Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.

Salt 1/4 teaspoon.

Step no 1

Marination of chicken.

Wash boneless chicken. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Mix c homemade curry powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, chopped green chilies, yogurt, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add chicken cubes to this spice mix. Let it marinate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare pizza dough, homemade tahini sauce, and cheese alternative.

2. sift the all-purpose, instant yeast fast-acting sugar, milk powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Pour egg and oil. And mix well all ingredients with your hands until a smooth dough forms. The dough must be soft. If your dough is a little sticky, then no worries; add some all-purpose flour to get the right consistency pizza dough.

Shape the pizza dough into a big ball. Grease a heat-proof bowl with some oil. Place the dough ball and apply some oil on top, too. This step ensures to

Cover with a lid and place this bowl near the stove. Keep the flame low. This step helps to rise pizza dough faster. The dough will rise in just 1 hour.

Homemade tahini sauce.

Mix all ingredients of the sauce and set aside.

Cheeseless pizza topping.

Mix egg, mayonnaise, cream, salt, and black pepper. Make this topping before putting pizza dough in the oven. Please do not make it earlier.

Chicken filling preparation.


Heat olive oil or any other oil or butter in a saucepan. Add marinated chicken. Cook until yogurt water dries out and oil separates.

Dust flour on the kitchen slab so that pizza dough may not stick to your working surface. Cut pizza dough into 2 parts. Grease the pizza pan with oil. Place prepared pizza dough. Spread with hands.

You also have the option to use a rolling pin to make round-shaped dough. But my pizza dough was so soft and flexible that I did not need any rolling pin. Your hands work wonders here.

Apply homemade chili garlic sauce or ketchup.

Drizzle some tahini sauce.

Add chicken tikka filling.

Set sliced bell pepper, olives, onion rings, and black olives.


Add some oregano.

Pour tahini sauce again.

Bake for maximum 15-20 minutes in a Preheated oven @ 180C.

Presentation.

Serve with homemade tahini sauce ketchup. Sprinkle some garlic powder and crushed red chili.

Variation.

 The edges of the pizza dough can be folded inward. You can add some chicken filling followed by tahini sauce and fold inward. Brush with oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper to season the crust.


Notes.

This recipe makes 2 medium-sized pizzas.

The dough must be soft; otherwise, your pizza will cook from the outside and remain raw from the inside.
