Ingredients.

Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces.

Lemon juice or vinegar 4 tablespoons.

Crushed garlic 2 tablespoon

Coriander powder  1 teaspoon.

Cumin powder 1 teaspoon.

Black pepper 1 and /2 teaspoon.

Salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste.

Chop green chilies 5-6

Water 2 cups.

For coating no 1

Egg 1

Bread crumbs as per need.

Coating no 2

All-purpose flour 1/2 cup

Gram flour 1/2 cup.

Corn flour 1/2 cup.

Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon.

Chicken powder 1/2 teaspoon.

Instructions.

Wash and rinse dry chicken with a kitchen towel.

Apply cuts on each piece.

Add lemon juice or vinegar, crushed garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to the chicken.

Cover the lid and let it cook for a maximum 15 minutes with a very low flame.

All the water must dry so that all spices flavors infuse into the meat.

Cool cooked chicken at room temperature.

Beat egg in a bowl. Add some milk and whisk until smooth.
