I tried both of the Gordon Ramsay burgers with my twists. As I like innovation and do my own creativity to take Jordon Ramsay's recipes to a new level.

 

 

Halloumi Cheese Lamb Burger.

 

Ingredients needed.

 

I used lamb meat to enjoy Gordon Ramsay burgers at home. Lamb meat contains more fat and you do not need to baste it with butter.

 

2 seasonings.

 

I seasoned it with black pepper, salt, and special homemade fajita seasoning.

 

3 I made special burger sauce 2 WAYS and mint chutney. Both these sauces enhance the flavor and make lamb patty mouth-licking. Gordon uses mayonnaise in his recipe.

 

4 Halloumi cheese

 

I used Halloumi cheese. this cheese is salted, flavorful, and is used for grill recipes. you can also add this cheese to salads, wraps, tacos, and sandwiches. It is salty that's why you should use a little salt in your seasonings,

 

It’s easy to prepare grilling cheese by dry pan-frying, baking, or grilling it. It has a crispy crust and becomes soft and gooey on the inside when cooked.

 

 

I grill a lamb patty medium rare and grill a piece of halloumi cheese.

 

Special burger sauce

 

 

I take regular ketchup add balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, and pomegranate molasses, and pulse it through a blender.

 

Special chutney

 

I make a basic chutney as well using fresh mint, lime zest, lime juice, white vinegar, a jalapeno, and a shallot... and pulse that through a food processor.

 

 

I use brioche buns which I top with zaatar, cut them down the middle, and toast them.

 

 

I take the bottom half of the bun and spread the balsamic sundried tomato pomegranate ketchup, I then place the lamb patty on top, add a piece of butterleaf lettuce, top that off with the grilled halloumi drizzle the mint chutney on top of that, I then add a whole roasted red pepper, drizzle a bit more of the mint chutney, and finally top that off with the top half of the bun.

 

Zaatar is finely crushed thyme with sumac and roasted sesame 

Gordon Ramsay burger with a twist.

 

 

Ingredients 

Lamb mince 1/2 kg 

White onion 1 small chopped.

Black pepper 1 teaspoon.

Salt 1 teaspoon 

Ginger garlic paste 

1 tablespoon 

Soy sauce 1 teaspoon.

Fresh mint or thyme 2 tablespoons.

For burger sauce 1

Mayonnaise 1 cup 

Ketchup 1/2 cup 

Crushed red chili 1/4 teaspoon.

Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon 

Oregano 1/4 teaspoon.

Vinegar 1 teaspoon.

2 special sauce.

Tomato paste 1/2 cup 

Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup 

Crushed garlic 1 tablespoon.

Salt 1/2 teaspoon.

Crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon 

Oregano 1/4 teaspoon.

Oil 4 tablespoon 

Vinegar 4 tablespoons.

3 special pomegranate sauce.

Ketchup 1 cup 

Pomegranate molasses1/2 cup 

Balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons.

water 1/4 cup.

Sun-dried tomatoes 1/2 cup.

 

Special mint sauce(chutney)


Fresh mint 1 cup 

Jalapeno 1 

Lime juice 2 tablespoon 


White vinegar 2 tablespoons.

Lime zest 1 teaspoon. 

Garlic 2 cloves 

Shallots 1 small.

Salt 1/4 teaspoon.

Water 1/4 cup.

2 Special sauce.

 

Heat oil, add crushed garlic, and stay until the raw smell of garlic goes away.

Add tomato paste, salt, crushed black pepper, oregano, and satay for a few seconds.

Then add ketchup. Mix well.

Lastly, add vinegar.

Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate.

3 pomegranate molasses sauce 

 

This sauce has a divine combination with lamb burgers. Taste becomes irresistible when you use this special sauce on your burger.

Let me share its super easy recipe with you.

Blend ketchup, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried 

tomatoes, water, pomegranate molasses.

And use this sauce for an awesome flavor in lamb burgers.

4 Mint sauce.

 

Add mint leaves, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, lime zest, and some water, and blend all ingredients.

Instructions 

First of all, prepare sauces of your choice.

Burger sauce 1 

Mayo sauce.

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, crushed black pepper, vinegar, and oregano in a bowl.

The sauce is ready. Refrigerate until used in burgers.

 

Patty preparation.

Add onion, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and dried mint to lamb mince.

Mix all until well combined. Mix with hands.

Presentation 

Spread pomegranate sauce on toasted buns.

Then place lamb Pattie.

Put butter leaf lettuce.

Top with halloumi cheese.

Drizzle some mint chutney on top. You can also add some crushed red pepper if you like.

Then cover it with another bun.

Pomegranate molasses is made by cooking pomegranate, juice, sugar, and juice. It provides a rich flavor with ketchup and vinegar. You can also buy ready-made pomegranate molasses from any superstore.
